We are pleased to confirm that our advisers have all the languages covered for these buyers except for Italian. We have been actively looking to recruit the right people for a while now as we understand the importance to some clients of conversing with a mortgage broker in their own language. In the meantime, once we have details of an Italian client’s profile we can introduce them to an Italian speaker at the most recommended bank so they can converse in their own language. We have recruited 3 more advisers for our Portuguese market in the last 6 months which is a very positive sign.
This year we plan to offer our website’s application form in more languages to make the process even smoother for our clients.
