Collaboration agreement
The purpose of this agreement between “the Collaborator” and Mortgage Direct SL with CIF number B97710569 (“Mortgage Direct”) is to protect both parties. The legal agreements set out below govern your use of the Mortgage Direct affiliate program services. By registering for the affiliate programme, you as a Collaborator confirm your understanding and acceptance of this collaboration agreement (if you do not accept to these conditions, please do not sign up for the affiliate program): Mortgage Direct have collaboration agreements with other companies involved in the property business. When you accept the terms and conditions, you also accept to be signed up for our collaborators newsletter to receive news from Mortgage Direct (you can unsubscribe at any time by clicking the unsubscribe button in any newsletter).
When the same client is introduced to Mortgage Direct by two different agents, the Collaborator understands that Mortgage Direct will only pay a commission to the agent that makes the initial introduction. If the Collaborator introduces a potential client to Mortgage Direct and this client subsequently purchases a property through another company that has an agreement with Mortgage Direct, the same terms apply and Mortgage Direct will only pay any commission to the Collaborator that made the first introduction. Mortgage Direct carries out its own marketing and advertising. If a client has made an enquiry directly with Mortgage Direct (via a Google search, for example) prior to being introduced by the Collaborator, no commissions will be paid to the Collaborator.
All data from the affiliate program will be accessible only to Mortgage Direct and not shared with any third parties. Everyone responsible for using the data has to follow strict rules called “data protection principles”. They must make sure the information is: – used fairly and lawfully – used for limited, specifically stated purposes – used in a way that is adequate, relevant and not excessive – accurate – kept for no longer than is absolutely necessary – handled according to people’s data protection rights – kept safe and secure – not transferred outside the European Economic Area without adequate protection. By agreeing to these terms and conditions, you also confirm that you have read and agree with our privacy policy, and as a result, will treat all data accordingly.
Mortgage Direct will pay the Collaborator 30% of the fees received from the lender for mortgage cases where the collaborator has introduced the client directly to Mortgage Direct (either through the affiliate program or other mediums such as email). Any commissions will be paid to the Collaborator following completion of mortgage cases and once the fee has been deposited into the bank account of Mortgage Direct. In all cases, Mortgage Direct will document how and when the initial introductions are made with clients or enquiries received from them. This information will be confirmed to the Collaborator in the event that the Collaborator refers a client who is already dealing with Mortgage Direct.
